Our Benton office is well placed in a highly visible and busy shopping area near Four Lane Ends Metro station. Headed by Managing Director and company founder John Mitchell Steele, the team at Benton includes our senior negotiator Michael Clarke, whose local knowledge and enthusiasm for all things property is second to none.

Our highly successful branch in Heaton is managed by one of our directors, Noel Harris. Noel was born in Heaton and now lives in High Heaton, and with eighteen years experience of the property market has unbeatable local knowledge.
Assisted by Lynn James, Claire Messner, and Janice Wood, the team in Heaton has a combined experience of more than 80 years in the property market.

Located directly behind Morrison's in the busy Killingworth Shopping Centre, we offer our unique property service in a Uniquely convenient setting. Our negotiators in Killingworth are Rebecca Weyman and Christine Hewson who have many years experience and will make your move as smooth as possible.
Lettings Department
Our quality lettings service is headed by Managing Director, John Mitchell Steele and based at Four Lane Ends. Our team of bright and cheery letting advisors include Suzanne Cay, Christine Norton and Luke Pollard.
